BAND MEMBER DEVELOPMENT
The BMD department helps Mille Lacs Band members develop the skills they need to succeed. Customized training and counseling are available to all Band members who work or want to work for the Corporate Commission, Grand Casino Hinckley, Grand Casino Mille Lacs, or other Band-owned businesses including our convenient stores, our Subway store, Grand Auto and RV, Grand Makwa Theatre, or the Grand Market. BMD offers specialized training in job exploration; internships for college students; and assistance with individual development plans for career and performance goals.
